Policies

The Suites at 249 is a collection of exclusive downtown suites where every guest reservation is both important and special to us.

If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 24 (twenty-four) hours prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than twenty-four (24) hours notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your suite(s), a full or partial refund will be made.

Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.

Maximum per room occupancy: 2

Check-in: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Specify your estimated time of arrival as you finalize your reservation. If arriving outside of check-in times or your estimated arrival time changes, please make arrangements by calling 540-827-1100.

Check-out: 12:00 PM (Noon).

NO Smoking ~ NO Pets ~ Children can ONLY be accommodated in our Sole Suite

Due to our strict NON-SMOKING policy, we do NOT recommend our lodging for smokers. If a guest smokes in their room, a $250 fee will be charged to reverse the damage.
